It is IHOPE's Mission to offer basic medical care to the poor, uninsured and underinsured of the Cedar Valley. This free medical clinic is staffed by volunteer, accredited doctors and nurses who are concerned with the needs of those around them.

Basic services will be provided without cost or obligation. In addition to quality healthcare, each patient is offered prayer. The free Clinic is located at 722 South Hackett Road, Waterloo and is located next to a Metro Area Bus Stop.

Open every Tuesday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm

Doctors, nurses and health care providers wishing to volunteer or donate time are asked to contact Dr. Mike Peters, 319-830-5400 or vial email at michaelfpeters@cfu.net.

NEWS! NEWS! NEWS!

IHOPE opened July 26, 2006 with many volunteers.  It was a huge success with 8 patients seen that night!  Patients were seen that needed dental help to simple medication refills. 

Since that opening night, the largest number of patients we have seen is over 20... and the numbers continue to grow! Maybe more importantly, more people in the Cedar Valley now call on Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.

As a member of the Free Clinics of Iowa, we are supported like the 14 other clinics in the state. A special thank you goes out to Covenant Clinic in Waterloo for donating any necessary lab work.
